How to Return and Exchange/Replacement Policy

We at Alalunashop.com want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return/exchange the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of item.

Return

We will refund the purchase price minus restocking fee & shipping charges, typically with 48 hrs of receipt of returned item(s). The only exceptions are items marked as “Final sale” or “Clearance”. Final sale and Clearance items will not be refunded or exchanged and their sale is final.

Exchange/Replacement

Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by FedeX , USPS or UPS ground at no additional cost.

Here’s what you need to do:

• Pack the bag or belt securely with a copy of your packing list, this R/E form #on the onside of the box
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend FedeX , USPS or UPS.
