Shipping and Delivery Expectations
When you can expect to receive your order will depend on several factors including the destination of your order and the carrier and shipping service selected. We will usually ship your order within three ‘business’ days on the date you place your order on our web site. All orders should therefore arrive within 5 business days. We will strive to make sure you receive your package within the necessary allotted time frame. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions or holidays may have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation when you complete the order process online.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased via Alalunashop.com site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Domestic Shipping within United States
$15.00 USPS standard shipping is valid only to the orders first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S.
International Shipping Outside United States
Alaluna US Inc and Alalunashop.com, reserves the right to refuse any order. International orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
We do not ship to Africa. All international orders have a shipping fee of $30.00 and the customer is responsible for paying any additional costs including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes.
All sales on international orders are final. Alaluna US Inc and Alalunashop.com will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for international orders. Estimated delivery time is 15-22 days. For all international shipping we use USPS, please click on the following link for more details www.usps.com/.
Please note! In some cases, the shipping calculation may not meet the actual required shipping fees. In such a case we may contact you and invoice you for the additional postage prior to shipping your package.
Once the packages have been shipped they are the sole responsibility of the buyer and can be tracked using the carrier’s package indentifying numbers, which we will email to the buyer at the time of shipping.
Taxes, Duties and Tariffs
We collect sales tax on all orders within shipping destinations with Florida, in the United States. We do not collect taxes, duties or tariffs for orders to any other destinations within or outside United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the order to pay any taxes, duties or tariffs to the appropriate governmental or other authority.
Out of stock items/Backorders
We make every attempt to keep the inventory accurate in our system so that you will not have the inconvenience of ordering merchandise we do not actually have. In the event that your order is not in stock you may allow us a delivery time for approx 4-6 weeks from receipt of your order
We will offer you the option of selecting another item or if we expect to receive more of the item, you will be issued approximate shipping date and the item will be shipped as soon as we receive it in stock.
